Every phase of the production process is supervised by specialized personnel in accordance with the UNI-EN ISO 9002 norm. During all the manufacturing we pay particular attention to the leather selection, as we choose only the best one during the purchase, the working and the final phase. Such a meticolousness makes us guarantee homogeneity and supplying reliability to our customers.

The production is composed of 4 phases:
- after the first selection, the leather is limed and tanned by means of standard parameters. Thanks to the modern computerized equipment on the machinery we can constantly control the working process.
- after the tanning there is a second fundamental selection based on quality, thickness and size of the leather. Each piece is destined to its own article.
- the leather becomes the "half-finished" and goes to the finishing phase.
- our finishing increases the value of the leather quality, by giving transparency and colour homogeneity to it.
